Absolute's software is quick, although rather clunky and inelegant. A recent update improved the site’s aesthetics considerably, but they still lag behind the design of other sites. Their full ring games are also only 9-player tables, which is somewhat frustrating for some who are accustomed to the 10-player tables found at most other sites.
Caliber of competition: B +
The lower limit games are fairly soft, likely because a lot of novice players are attracted by Absolute's extraordinarily generous sign-up bonus. Some of our players have reported, however, that the games tighten up significantly at higher stakes.
Customer service: A -
Absolute's customer service is above average, with both email and phone support. Our emails were answered courteously, and typically within 24 hours. Cashouts were also pleasantly fast, usually hitting our Neteller account within 12 hours.
